The two purchases that I’ve done have been huge. One of them was strictly off of what Tresa teaches in class. Follow your marketing and do text-blast campaigns. I did that and I had an eager couple contact me. They were interested, and just wanted to sell their house.
My husband and I purchased their property, we renovated it, and are now about to put it on the market for rent. I just picked up another property a week ago by “Driving for Dollars”. My husband and I saw this distressed house, made contact with the seller, and purchased the property. It’s just been great.
Be sure to do your marketing. I follow the Golden Formula, and do not buy properties where the numbers don’t work. It’s been great!
